How do I return an item?

For the customized items at J & K Soccer, there are no returns/exchanges once an item has been customized. Our experienced staff is very knowledgeable and talented.  We will give you our advice on what will look the best for you, our name is on your product too when it leaves our store!  Ultimately, in the end, it is each individual’s responsibility to make sure all items fit properly as well as proofing logos.  Your approval states that all information is correct and constitutes permission to proceed with production. At that point, no further changes can be made. We strive for accuracy, but final examination is your responsibility.  We will not provide complimentary replacements due to errors not found in the proofing process.

For any non-customized item, please contact us with in 7 days of receiving your item if you are requesting a refund for any reason.  They item will need to be returned in a new/un-used condition.
